I used Novalift for the first time for preventitive maintenance for my forklift. I wanted to try someone different given that previous companies didn't do a great job, either oil kept leaking out after the servicing or they missed diagnosing things and had to come back to fix problems. My interactions with Kat and the technician were very professional and pleasant. The technician was also very patient and knowledgeable in answering any questions I had and explained what he was doing. Overall good value and experience. From the moment I walked into Nova Lift I was treated like they knew me for years which wasn't the case. Their receptionist was very friendly and helpful with what I was looking for. Sal the owner just the same even tho I was just shopping around that day he took the time to educate me about different forklifts. Unlike his competitors he followed up with me after a couple of days and we made a deal on one of his forklifts. Even tho it was used it came out of his shop looking brand new.
